Shop For You values your business, so our normal policy is if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your clothing purchase up to 7 days after the shipment date for a store credit. Store credits expire 30 days after Shop For You receives the returned item. However, currently merchandise can't be returned or exchanged due to COVID-19. The exchange policy mentioned below will apply at a future announced date. We want to make sure our customers are fashionable and safe during COVID-19.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Merchandise purchased in person (Pop-up shops, personal shopping sessions)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item containing jewelry snags
Any item that smells like perfume, lotions, smoke, or pets
Any items containing make-up or deodorant residue
Any item that remains in the customer's possession more than 7 days after the original shipment date
**All non-returnable items will be shipped back to you.
To complete your return and store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Exchange Credits
If you haven’t received an exchange credit within 14 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
