Returns/Exchanges
Shop For You values your business, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your clothing purchase up to 7 days after the shipment date for a store credit. Store credits expire 30 days after Shop For You receives the returned item.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards
Pop-up shop/in person merchandise
Products sold during in person personal shopping sessions
Jewelry
Undergarments
Swimwear
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item containing jewelry snags
Any item that smells like perfume, lotions, smoke, or pets
Any items containing make-up or deordorant residue
Any item that is that remains in the customer's possession more than 7 days after the original shipment date
**All non-returnable items will be shipped back to you.
To complete your return and store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and that you complete the return/exchange form found on the bottom of the homepage. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchange Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Exchange Credits
If you haven’t received an exchange credit within 14 days, please contact us at contact@shopforyouboutique.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver, and he or she will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
